You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EEA, to use Room AI Studio. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, lease, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Room AI Studio offers premium features through web purchases. Web subscription and credit prices are displayed before checkout and may vary by region.

Web payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Web subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe customer portal.

Web refunds are handled through Stripe and support review. Refunded credits may be removed from your account.

5. User Content

Content you create within the App, including room photos, prompts, and preferences, remains your property.

To provide generation features, uploaded room photos may be processed by secure infrastructure and trusted subprocessors described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, icons, and content, is owned by Laqen LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Room AI Studio and the Room AI Studio logo are trademarks of Laqen LLC

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laqen LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
